I dunno. Laughing But i think for the muffins, one needs to melt the butter until liquid state...by placing the butter over a tub/bowl of hot water, or else it will just turn soft but still in solid state.

I think she is still sick. I am thankfully recovering. The throat isnt feeling that bad.
